New Guidelines to Reduce DVT Risk in Cancer Patients

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) has recently established new guidelines that address how to reduce the risk of DVT in cancer patients and how to treat a DVT if one develops. The Coalition to Prevent Deep-Vein Thrombosis, of which ClotCare is a member, has announced its support of the NCCN's new guidelines. The NCCN has made the new guidelines available on their website. I am unable to provide you with a direct link to the guidelines because the NCCN website asks that you review and accept a statement of terms and conditions before viewing the guidelines.
