The Anticoagulation Forum maintains a directory of members on its website. The Anticoagulation Forum website is http://www.acforum.org, and the clinic locator tool is located at http://www.acforum.org/locations.html. The directory is organized by location and allows you to search for a provider in your area.

If you are not able to find an anticoagulation specialist in your area via the Anticoagulation Forum's website, please let us know. You may email us at webmaster@clotcare.com. Be as specific as you would like in telling us where you live. In other words, you may tell us your city and state, your county, just your state, etc. We will try to locate a specialist in your area.

What is the Anticoagulation Forum? The Anticoagulation Forum is a network of healthcare professionals committed to the therapy of thromboembolic disorders predominantly through the venue of anticoagulation management service. Through exchange of information, medical education, and scientific investigation, the Forum promotes professional development and the enhancement of the quality of anticoagulation care.

If you have additional questions or need for us to clarify something, please feel free to contact us at webmaster@clotcare.com.
